Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Travel Amigo India, we strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all our bookings. Please read the following cancellation and refund terms carefully.
1. General Cancellation Policy
A. Stay Bookings
All stay bookings including resorts, hotels, guesthouses, homestays, and Airbnbs will be governed strictly as per the respective hotelier’s/property’s cancellation policy.
- Cancellation charges will depend on the specific property’s terms.
- Peak season, long weekends, Christmas, New Year, and special event dates may be fully non-refundable.
- The applicable cancellation policy will be informed at the time of booking confirmation.
Travel Amigo India acts as a booking facilitator, and refund decisions for stay bookings are subject to the property’s approval.
B. Transportation & Recreational Activities
Bookings for:
- Airport transfers
- Taxi services
- Car/bike rentals
- Sightseeing tours
- Water sports
- Adventure activities
- Other recreational services
Cancellation Terms:
- Cancelled 10 days or more before arrival – 100% refundable
- Cancelled within 10 days of arrival – Non-refundable
2. Administrative Charges
- A 3% administrative charge will be applicable on all refunds.
- Payment gateway charges and bank transaction charges (if any) are non-refundable.
3. Refund Timeline
- Refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days once approved and processed.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.
4. No Show / Early Departure
- No refund will be provided for no-shows.
- No refund will be provided for early check-out or unused services.
5. Force Majeure
Travel Amigo India shall not be held liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Pandemic-related regulations
- Political disturbances
Refunds in such cases will be subject to vendor/property approval.
